1.1 What is Your Account Access?
Your Account Access is the newest feature Bullet Security is proud to offer its clients! It is a way to bring your system into the 21st century! The Your Account Access service allows you to view detailed information regarding your account such as: account history, account information, open/close history. There is a service fee of $10.00 a month to subscribe to Your Account Access.
1.2 Why should I get the Your Account Access service?
Your Account Access is a must for anyone who wishes to have access to their account information whenever they have access to the internet. If you are on vacation and you want to ensure the activity on your account is normal, simply use Your Account Access to identify if there is any abnormal behavior with your account. So now you not only have a 24-hour-365-days-a-year U. L. listed Central Station monitoring your account, but now you can monitor your account now too! Welcome to the 21st century!
1.3 How to Use Your Account Access.
Once you have clicked the link for Your Account Access, you will be prompted to enter a user name and password. Your user name is your account number, while your password is the very same security word that you use when talking to our central station. You will be given your account number when you have confirmed your subscription to the service. After the initial login, you will be given a few options - all options will require you to put in your account number and password one more time. This is for your added protection. If you have any other inquiries about Your Account Access, please use the form provided HERE or call our offices using our numbers listed below.
1.4 Can I use my mobile phone to access this information?
Short answer: Yes! Long answer: Yes! If your phone has web access, but does not fully support HTML, you should enter the following link into your phone: https://mymonitoringstation.com/ssl/subscriberhistorymobile.asp
If you have an iPhone, there is a special link for you here, but this only provides account history, as the link above does: https://mymonitoringstation.com/ssl/subscriberhistoryiphone.asp

1.5 How do I get Your Account Access?
To enroll in Your Account Access simply use the contact form or call us. Please provide your current security word when contacting us, as to ensure your true identity when enrolling.
